Whether you're riding the salmon-colored landscape of Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park or cruising along snow-packed trails of Wasatch Mountain State Park, we want you to ride safely and protect your riding privilege.

Riding areas

Places the managing agency describes for off-highway riding, grouped by who runs them. The list is a starting point, not every trail in the state: the Forest Service and the BLM publish motor vehicle use maps for everything else.

• Whitewash Sand Dunes Open OHV Area and Trail System

  The Sand Dunes themselves are delineated and fenced for open OHV play; cross country travel is allowed only in the open area.

• Hog Canyon OHV Trail System

  The Hog Canyon OHV trails navigate steep inclines, rocky surfaces, narrow passages, and deep sand and are suitable for four-wheel-drive vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, dirtbikes, and other off-highway vehicles.

National Forest 1

  Fishlake National Forest

  Off-highway vehicle (OHV) riding is a favorite recreation activity on the Fishlake National Forest with approximately 2,700 miles of trails and road available for motorized use, including the Paiute ATV, Gooseberry, Parker Mountain Trail Systems and portions of the Great Western Trail.
