    The Park is located in Oliver Springs, TN, just 20 minutes northwest of Knoxville with convenient access to both I-75 and I-40.

    Welcome to Muddy Creek Raceway, host of some of the most exciting racing in the Southeast.

    MCR hosts motocross races March through October.

Permits and stickers

What the state's own pages say riders need on public land, quoted word for word. Tennessee Department of Revenue, Title and Registration runs the program; its page is below. Private tracks set their own rules, entry forms and gear requirements.

    A TDR sticker must be affixed to any OHV/ATV operated in many federal or state owned facilities such as parks and game reserves.

    If a title has been issued for an OHV, a Tennessee Department of Revenue (TDR) sticker must be affixed to the vehicle as evidence that a title has been issued.

    North Cumberland WMA OHV riding permit (TWRA, from July 1, 2026)

    Under the new law, at least one adult per vehicle is required to possess a valid NCWMA OHV riding permit, a Sportsman Supplemental Annual NCWMA OHV permit, or a NCWMA OHV guide permit.

The state program

Off-Highway Vehicles (title and TDR sticker), run by Tennessee Department of Revenue, Title and Registration.

For OHV owners not registering the vehicle for operation on roads, a title-only may be issued provided the applicant supplies the requisite proof of ownership documentation.
