Maintenance log
One page to keep in the truck or on the garage wall: a line for every job, with the hours on the meter. Free to print and copy.
Maintenance log (PDF, one page)
The sheet is US Letter and prints well in black and white. It has a space for the bike, its model year, its frame number and the hours when you start, then nineteen lines with columns for the date, the hours, the work done, the parts and fluids used, and who did it.
The sheet gives no intervals of its own. Your owner’s manual sets the intervals, the fluids and the torque values; the service schedule lists what it calls for at your hours, page by page.

Stock spec card. Every bike page has one: the stock figures on one page, each as the maker’s document prints it with its page, the documents behind them, and a QR code back to the page. Find your bike in the Garage and choose “Spec card PDF”.
Setup card. For bikes whose manual is read for settings, the setup sheet has a card with the manual’s suspension, electronics and carburetor settings as printed, and a blank log for your own.
To keep a log on your phone instead, My Bike tracks every item on your bike’s printed schedule, in this browser only.
