1. Houston Valley OHV Trails
Just west of Dalton lies the largest Forest Service OHV system of trails in Georgia.

Motorbikes, all-terrain vehicles (No pick-ups or four-wheel drive vehicles allowed).

Houston Valley Trailhead has limited camping--3 primitive campsites.
- Size
This 25-mile system is for dry riding, so it closes after significant rain events to allow the trails to dry and limit resource damage, sometimes for several days.

2. Beasley Knob OHV Trail System
The Beasley Knob OHV Trail System is a challenging trail system located off of U.S. Highway 76 in Union County, GA.

This area is closed from January 1 through March 31 for resource protection during the wet and freezing months of the year, when the most impact from use can occur.

This trail is approximately 12.0 miles west of Blairsville, GA.

Permits and stickers
