Service schedule

The maker's schedule, read off the manual, against your hours or races.

Your numbers are saved in this browser only, so the tool remembers them next time. Nothing is sent anywhere. To track each item on its own interval, use My Bike.

Pick a bike and enter the meter reading.

This follows the printed schedule for average conditions. The manuals say harsh use (mud, sand, rain, dust, racing) needs shorter intervals, and items marked for a dealer need special tools and skills. Torque values are deliberately not published here.

    How the schedule works

Each maker counts differently: KTM in operating hours (a one-time check after the first hour, then every 15, 45 and 90 hours, plus every 24 months), Honda and Yamaha in races, with the manual's rough hours printed beside each column, and the Yamaha PW50 in months. The tool counts in whatever the manual prints and never converts one into another.

Some items come round at every service, some only every third or fifth race or every 90 hours. The tool lists the items for your next service point, plus the one-time, calendar and as-required items.

Only bikes whose manual schedule is on file are listed. More arrive as their manual pages are transcribed.
